Role title: Senior Manager - Physical Security Technology and Implementation

Location : Bengaluru

Job Overview:

Responsible for leading the design, deployment, and transformation of enterprise-wide physical security technology across Wipro campuses. This role drives innovation through AI-led security systems, digital integration, and Zero Trust physical security frameworks while ensuring compliance, operational excellence, and cost optimization.

Roles & Responsibilities͏

1. Strategic Leadership & Planning:
- Manage a team of security professionals to ensure timely delivery of security systems projects across multiple sites in India spanning 12 major cities with a total employee base of more than 1.5 lakh.
- Provide security technology advisory to senior management with regard to evaluation, implementation and analysis.
- Provide leadership for technology upgradation for software applications through engagement with both internal application development teams and with external service providers.

1. Drive adoption of advanced capabilities:




- Drive AI-enabled video analytics and smart surveillance capabilities
- Lead integration of access control, VMS, and enterprise IT systems
- Implement Zero Trust architecture for campus entry & movement control
- Define technology roadmap aligned with global security strategy
- Introduce automation, dashboards, and predictive analytics
- IoT security framework implementation.

1. Infrastructure & System Management:
- Manage electronic security systems to include electronic Access control, CCTV, visitor management, Intrusion Detection System and Control Center Operations covering 5200+ CCTV cameras, 6000+ access points and more than 18 kilometers of PIDS.
- Evaluate IT infrastructure needs(including servers) for the security function in close coordination with IT teams and ensure optimal deployment of resources.
- Conduct physical security risk assessments/ surveys of sites and deployment
