Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Technical Manager role based in Patna.



The Technical Manager will oversee technical evaluation and appraisal of housing finance projects, including property assessments, construction progress reviews, and documentation checks. Responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders such as developers, builders, and valuers to ensure accurate technical due diligence and compliance with company standards. The role involves managing technical support for branch operations, resolving project-related issues, and contributing to research and development of improved technical processes and tools. The Technical Manager will also lead and mentor a team, track project timelines, and support project management activities to enable efficient loan processing and risk mitigation.
