A reputed Multi-Speciality Hospital in Kadi is looking for a dedicated and hardworking Operation Theatre (OT) Assistant to join its surgical services team. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who are passionate about supporting surgical procedures and ensuring the smooth functioning of the Operation Theatre.

Salary- ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month
*Salary will be offered based on the candidate's experience, qualifications, and skill set.*

Eligibility
- Graduate.
- Certificate in OT Assistant, General Duty Assistant (GDA), Patient Care Assistant (PCA), or a related healthcare course will be an added advantage.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Previous experience in a hospital OT will be preferred.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare the Operation Theatre before surgeries by ensuring cleanliness and readiness of the OT.
- Assist OT Technicians, Nurses, and Surgeons during surgical procedures.




- Transport patients safely to and from the Operation Theatre.
- Shift, position, and transfer patients using proper safety techniques.
- Clean, disinfect, and maintain OT tables, trolleys, and equipment after procedures.
- Arrange and replenish surgical consumables and supplies as directed.
- Assist in handling and transporting sterile instruments and equipment.
- Follow infection control protocols, biomedical waste management guidelines, and OT safety procedures.
- Ensure the Operation Theatre remains clean, organized, and ready for scheduled surgeries.
- Support the surgical team with any non-clinical requirements during operative procedures.
