Key Responsibilities:

• Campaign Planning & Execution:
- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Search campaigns focused on lead generation
- Manage and scale App Campaigns (UAC) for installs and in-app conversions
- Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis

• Performance Optimization:
- Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns to improve CPL, CPA, ROI, and conversion rates
- Implement A/B testing strategies across ad copies, creatives, landing pages, and targeting
- Identify performance gaps and implement data-driven improvements

• Tracking & Analytics:
- Set up and manage tracking systems using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Firebase, and AppsFlyer
- Ensure accurate conversion tracking, attribution modeling, and funnel analysis
- Build dashboards and generate regular performance reports with actionable insights

• Collaboration & Strategy:
- Work closely with design, product, and content teams to improve creatives and landing page performance




- Align with business and sales teams to ensure high-quality lead generation and conversion outcomes
- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in performance marketing

Requirements:

• Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in performance/digital marketing
- Proven experience in Google Search campaigns (lead generation)
- Hands-on experience with App Campaigns (UAC) for installs and conversions
- Track record of optimizing campaigns for CPL, CPA, and ROI

• Skills:
- Proficiency in Google Ads (Search + App Campaigns)
- Strong understanding of keyword research, targeting, and bidding strategies
- Experience with Google Analytics, GTM, Firebase/Appsflyer
- Ability to analyze data and optimize campaign performance
- Basic understanding of A/B testing and conversion tracking

• Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Google Ads/Analytics certifications are a plus
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment and manag
