Role Description
The Service Operations Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Chandigarh, responsible for overseeing service delivery and operational performance for telematics solutions. This role manages day-to-day service operations,



ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through timely issue resolution, proactive communication, and adherence to service-level agreements. The individual coordinates with technical, support, and sales teams to streamline workflows, monitor fleet service metrics, and implement process improvements. Key responsibilities include supervising customer service activities, planning and delivering training for service staff and partners, and standardizing procedures to maintain consistent service quality. The Service Operations Manager also analyzes operational data, prepares performance reports, and supports leadership in strategic decision-making related to service operations.
