Role Description




The Regional Manager – Operations is a full-time role based in Mumbai with a hybrid work arrangement, combining in office responsibilities with some work-from-home flexibility. This role oversees day-to-day operations within the region, including planning, coordinating, and optimizing processes across Priodemy’s product and service lines. The Regional Manager is responsible for monitoring performance metrics, ensuring operational efficiency, and implementing standard operating procedures aligned with company-wide engineering and quality principles. The role includes managing cross-functional teams, collaborating with product, sales, and support functions, and resolving operational challenges to maintain high service levels. The Regional Manager also contributes to continuous improvement initiatives, prepares operational reports, and supports strategic planning for regional growth.
