Aurament Gems & Jewels is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Jewellery Sales Executive with expertise in Natural and Lab-Grown Diamond Jewellery. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in jewellery retail sales and be passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers in selecting Natural and Lab-Grown Diamond Jewellery based on their preferences and requirements.
Provide accurate product information, including diamond quality (4Cs), certifications, pricing, and jewellery care.
Deliver a premium in-store customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Maintain attractive product displays and ensure showroom presentation standards.
Coordinate with inventory and billing teams for smooth sales operations.
Stay updated on the latest jewellery trends, collections, and market developments.
Requirements:
Minimum 2+ years of experience in jewellery retail sales, preferably in Natural and Lab-Grown Diamond Jewellery.
Solid knowledge of diamond jewellery, certifications, and the 4Cs (Cut, Color, Clarity, and Carat).
Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills.
Sales-driven with the ability to build trust and close high-value sales.
Basic computer knowledge and billing software familiarity are preferred.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Location: Pal-Adajan, Surat, Gujarat
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
