The Role

The Treasury Accounting Manager is a high-impact role within the External Reporting and Specialist Accounting team,



leading treasury accounting for the Group’s financing and capital structure. You will lead a small team (1 direct report and c.4 offshore FTEs via Genpact), and partner closely with Corporate Treasury, Group Finance and external auditors. The role also deputises for the Director of Treasury Accounting. This is a specialist role requiring strong treasury accounting expertise and the ability to manage complex, judgement-heavy accounting areas, including financial instruments and multi-entity structures. In addition to the above, the role will also include the following:

Treasury & Financial Instruments Accounting

· Accounting and reporting for the Group’s financing and capital-raising entities

· Account for complex financial instruments, including debt, FX and related treasury balances

· Own month-end close activities, including journals, trial balance and supporting analysis

· Deliver high-quality balance sheet reconciliations, with explicit insight and movement analys
