Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell our residential plotting, weekend villa, and farmhouse projects located around Vadodara city. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, conducting site visits, converting prospects into customers, and building long-term client relationships. Key Responsibilities • Generate and qualify sales leads through referrals, networking, digital platforms, and field activities. • Handle customer inquiries and explain project details, pricing, and investment perks. • Conduct project presentations and site visits for prospective buyers. • Follow up with leads and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. • Coordinate with CRM, marketing, and management teams for lead conversion and closures. • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities. • Build relationships with channel partners and brokers to generate business opportunities. • Stay updated on market trends and customer preferences. Required Skills & Qualifications • Graduate in any discipline (MBA/Marketing preferred). • 1–5 years of experience in Real Estate Sales, Property Sales or Direct Sales. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Solid customer relationship management abilities. • Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets. • Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling skills. • Valid driving license and willingness to travel for site visits.
