Role Description
The Senior Interior Designer will lead the design and execution of residential and commercial interior projects, from concept development to final handover, in close collaboration with clients, architects, and project teams. This full time, on-site role in Vadodara includes developing design concepts,



preparing detailed layouts and presentations, selecting materials and finishes, and overseeing FF&E; specifications to ensure cohesive and functional spaces. The Senior Interior Designer will review construction drawings, coordinate with civil and MEP teams, and conduct site visits to monitor quality, timelines, and adherence to design intent. Daily responsibilities also include client meetings, design revisions, vendor coordination, cost-conscious design decisions, and supporting junior designers through guidance and feedback. The role requires strong ownership of project outcomes, attention to detail, and the ability to balance aesthetic vision with practical and budgetary constraints.

Qualifications
