Key ResponsibilitiesA. Reception & Front Office
- Welcome visitors, customers, vendors, and guests professionally.
- Maintain the Visitor Register and issue visitor passes as per company policy.
- Inform the concerned department about visitor arrivals.
- Attend and transfer incoming telephone calls.
- Record important messages and forward them to the concerned person.
- Maintain cleanliness and discipline at the reception area.
- Receive and dispatch couriers, parcels, and official documents.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and refreshments for visitors.
B. Cash Handling
- Receive cash payments from customers and issue receipts.
- Make authorized cash payments as per company policy.
- Maintain the Daily Cash Book accurately.
- Prepare daily cash reports and submit them to the Accounts Department.
- Ensure proper documentation for all cash receipts and payments.
- Maintain petty cash records.
- Deposit cash into the bank as instructed by management.
- Reconcile physical cash with cash book at the end of each working day.
- Immediately report any cash discrepancies to management.

Administrative Work
- Maintain inward and outward correspondence registers.
- File invoices, vouchers, receipts, and other office documents.
- Assist HR in maintaining employee attendance records when required.
- Maintain office stationery records and coordinate procurement requirements.
- Support management with administrative tasks as assigned.

Required Qualifications
- Graduate (B.Com / BBA / BA or equivalent preferred).
- Basic knowledge of accounting.
- Computer proficiency (MS Word, Excel, Email).
- Knowledge of Tally or accounting software will be an added advantage.
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience as a Receptionist, Cashier, or Front Office Executive.
