About the Role
High-visibility, entry-level role working directly with the founders (ex-DE Shaw/Columbia MBA and ex-Meta/Amazon SWE) on RISE's most critical priorities. You'll get 360° exposure across strategy, operations, growth, and execution — driving initiatives from idea to delivery.
Responsibilities
- Support founders on strategic projects spanning multiple functions
- Research and synthesize insights to inform key business decisions
- Coordinate across teams to ensure timely execution of priority initiatives
- Own ad-hoc projects end-to-end as they come up
You're a fit if you have
- Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Comfort with ambiguity and shifting priorities in a rapid-paced startup
- High ownership mindset and ability to work independently
- Completed your bachelor's in any of the field.
