Finadore is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to manage and nurture client relationships. The role involves ensuring a seamless customer experience, addressing client queries, and supporting clients throughout their investment journey.
Key Responsibilities
• Build, manage, and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer queries and concerns.
• Assist clients with onboarding and platform navigation.
• Provide accurate information regarding financial products and services.
• Ensure timely resolution of customer issues with a solution-oriented approach.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and identify opportunities to improve service quality.
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, marketing) for efficient service delivery.
• Maintain records of client interactions and follow-ups.
Qualifications & Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Finance, or a related field.
• Solid verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship management abilities.
• Customer-centric mindset with problem-solving skills.
• Basic understanding of financial/investment products is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and CRM tools is an advantage.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Having NISM-5A certificate is a plus.
Experience
• 0–2 years of experience in customer service, relationship management, or a similar role
• Freshers with strong communication and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply
