Implementing TPM activity to improve health of Machine , Zero : BAD

•Target : Zero Break Down , Zero Accident , Zero Defect

• Planned and Break Down Maintenance of SPM’s ,Coiling Grinding machines , Stamping , Hardening, Coating Line & shot peening machines & gas fired furnaces .

• Planned and Break Down Maintenance of Utilities such as Air Compressor , Chiller, PNG Storage facility , Nitrogen Storage Facility, DG set , HT and LT supply peripherals & Fork Lifts.

• Monitoring of measures such as MTBF, MTTR, Break down time and analysis of the down time using tools Why- Why analysis etc.

• Monitoring Energy consumption for Electrical energy, PNG etc.

• Implementing Kiazens in the areas of Energy conservation, cycle time improvement, POKAYOKE etc.

• Support for Installation of current plant and machinery and modification in existing process as required by production.





• Critical Spares Part Management & Spares cost reduction.

• PLC ,Drive &HMI; troubleshooting.

• Reduction of B/D and schedule condition monitoring and proper selection of spares.

• Maintenance engineer will be responsible for planning, predictive, preventive, corrective maintenance schedules of machines and responsible for Shop floor as well as utility Equipment’s.

• Proactively identify areas of obstruction, defects and conducting root cause analysis, failure mode and effect analysis to rectify the equipment’s problem.

• Hands on experience of Preventive Maintenance, Productive Maintenance and Maintenance prevention concepts implementation.
