Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve company revenue and growth objectives.
- Identify, research, and generate new business opportunities in Corporate Offices, IT Parks, Manufacturing Units, Commercial Buildings, Healthcare, Educational Institutions, Residential Townships, and Industrial Facilities.
- Build, manage, and strengthen long-term relationships with key clients, corporate customers, consultants, and channel partners.
- Lead the complete sales cycle from lead generation to proposal submission, commercial negotiations, and successful closure of contracts.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and business discussions to promote Integrated Facility Management (IFM), Soft Services, Hard Services, Technical Services, and Specialized Facility S
