Position Overview
We are looking for a passionate Technical & Education Manager to lead our technical education initiatives and strengthen the knowledge ecosystem around Erthpot technologies. The ideal candidate should possess strong engineering fundamentals and have the ability to translate complex technologies into engaging training programs for customers, channel partners, consultants, system integrators, and internal teams.
This role combines technical expertise, product education, curriculum development, and customer enablement to support Erthpot's growth across the professional AV industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technical education and certification programs.
- Design structured training modules for DSP platforms, audio processors, RF communication systems, amplifiers, transducers, and professional audio products.
- Conduct classroom, online, and hands-on product training sessions.
- Create technical documentation, installation guides, user manuals, application notes, presentations, and learning videos.
