General Summary

Renewals Inside Sales Rep is responsible for the renewal sales process for their respective territory from opportunity management through sales closure for support, license, and XaaS renewals. They focus on current customer renewals working with Sales, Distribution Partners,



and Solution Providers to drive the sales process with a renewal contract optimally. This includes but is not limited to renewal sales execution, preparing/updating quotes, chance management, close plans, and handling incoming requests for their sales territory. Able to work independently and excel in verbal and written communication skills to get results.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Leading and updating all assigned opportunities throughout the sales process
- Ensuring all opportunities are quoted
- Driving sales process through engagement with Sales and Partners
- Overcome objections and adjust quotations as the need arises to ensure the best solution is presented to the customer
- Sell the benefits of timely renewals, multi-year, and coterminous contracts
- Collaborate and follow up with Sales and Partners on sales strategies in an effort to drive the renewal rate
- Respond to email & phone inquiries from internal and ext
