About the Role

As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you'll work closely with the HR and Hiring Managers to support end-to-end recruitment. You'll gain hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, maintaining hiring trackers, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience

What You'll Do
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.




- Screen resumes and identify candidates who match the job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR screening calls to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules and feedback.
- Assist in creating and posting job descriptions on various hiring platforms.
- Support employer branding initiatives and campus hiring activities.
- Work closely with the HR team to achieve weekly and monthly hiring targets.
