Job Description

We are looking for an experienced OPT Recruiter with 3–5 years of experience in hiring OPT/Independent Visa/H1B Transfer candidates for our bench. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding qualified candidates who can be trained and marketed by our sales team.

Key Responsibilities
- Source and recruit OPT/GC/US Citizen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruiting channels.
- Screen candidates to evaluate technical skills, communication, and eligibility.
- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate technical evaluations.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified OPT candidates across various technologies.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing through onboarding.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with OPT/GC/US Citizen hiring requirements.




- Collaborate with internal training and sales teams to ensure candidates are ready for bench marketing.
- Maintain recruitment metrics and candidate records in the ATS.

Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in OPT recruitment for the US IT staffing industry.
- Proven experience sourcing and hiring OPT/GC/US Citizen candidates for bench recruitment.
- Solid understanding of US visa categories, including OPT, STEM OPT, and CPT.
- Excellent sourcing, interviewing, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and ATS platforms.

- Ability to recruit candidates across multiple IT technologies.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to meet hiring targets.
