About the Role

We are hiring an experienced Erection Engineer to lead PEB structural erection across active project sites in Pune and surrounding districts. This is a hands-on, site-first role — you will own the erection sequence, supervise crane and labour gangs, enforce safety protocols, and deliver structures to specification and schedule.

Experience: 3–7 Years | Education: B.E./Diploma in Civil or Mechanical Engineering

Key Responsibilities
- Lead structural erection of PEB frames — columns, rafters, purlins, girts, bracing, and sheeting
- Study erection drawings, GA plans, and anchor bolt layouts before mobilisation
- Plan and supervise crane lifts, tackle selection, and temporary bracing sequences
- Verify anchor bolt setting, foundation levels, and grout compliance before column setting
- Dimensional checks — plumb, camber, span, and eave height — at every structural bay




- Manage erection labour productivity, shift allocation, and daily progress tracking
- Enforce site safety: PPE, work-at-height, toolbox talks, and PTW system
- Prepare daily progress reports, erection checklists, and QC inspection records

Required Skills
- 3–7 years of PEB structural erection experience; industrial/warehouse projects preferred
- Working knowledge of crane operations, rigging, sling capacities, and lift planning
- Ability to read PEB erection drawings, bolt schedules, and GA drawings independently
- Familiar with IS 800 and IS 875
- Ability to manage 15–40 person erection gangs
- Willingness to travel and stay at project sites across Maharashtra
