Scope of Work1. Corporate Legal Consultation
- Advise on company structure and governance.
- Recommend the most suitable legal framework for current business ventures.
- Advise on shareholder rights, director responsibilities, and corporate governance.
- Provide legal opinions on business expansion, investments, acquisitions, and partnerships.
- Guide on regulatory compliance under Indian laws.

2. Drafting & Reviewing Legal Documents

Prepare, review, customize, and negotiate legal documents including but not limited to:

- Consultant & Freelancer Agreements
