Role Description
The Purchase Cum Stores Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune City. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end purchasing activities, including vendor identification, RFQs, price negotiation, order placement,



and follow-up to ensure timely delivery of materials and components. The Purchase Cum Stores Officer maintains and optimizes inventory levels, oversees receipt, storage, and issuance of materials, and ensures accurate stock records in coordination with accounts and production teams. The role includes monitoring lead times, handling GRN documentation, managing logistics coordination, and supporting compliance with internal policies and external quality standards. The officer collaborates closely with production, service, and management to ensure uninterrupted operations and cost-effective procurement.

Qualifications
- Solid purchasing and procurement skills, including vendor management, negotiation, and purchase order processing.
- Inventory and stores management capabilities, such as stock control, material handling, GRN preparation, and record keeping.
