Roles & Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and schedule daily content for Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms
- Repurpose magazine articles, interviews, and photography into social-first formats (reels, carousels, stories, LinkedIn posts)
- Track sports news/trends and identify real-time content opportunities
- Monitor engagement, respond to comments/DMs, and foster community interaction
- Collaborate with editorial and design teams to align social content with print/digital releases
- Track analytics (reach, engagement, follower growth) and prepare weekly performance reports
- Assist with influencer/athlete outreach and partnership content where relevant
- Stay updated on platform trends,
formats, and algorithm changes Requirements
Required Candidate profile:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a graduate/undergraduate degree (any stream)
- Genuine interest in sports and sports journalism
- Strong understanding of Instagram and LinkedIn best practices
- Basic design/video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite — a plus)
- Excellent written communication and a valuable eye for visual storytelling
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
