Key Responsibilities:

As a key member of our team, you will wear multiple hats and drive critical growth initiatives across the company:

Business Growth & Revenue Acceleration:

• Collaborate directly with founders to identify and execute high-impact growth opportunities.





• Own top-of-funnel initiatives across Meta ads and content

• Drive new revenue channels, partnerships, and expansion strategies.

• Support go-to-market (GTM) initiatives across current services, programs, and geographies.

• Improve customer acquisition, retention, and monetization funnels.

• Assist in structuring pricing, packaging, and business models.

Operations & Execution:

• Translate high-level business vision into structured execution roadmaps.

• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions.

• Work across sales, marketing, clinical, and operations teams to improve efficiency.

• Support new clinic launches, partnership onboarding, and pilot programs.

• Ensure growth experiments are properly tracked, analyzed, and optimized.

Data & Performance Management:
