Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day production activities to ensure smooth manufacturing operations.
- Allocate manpower and monitor shift-wise production to achieve daily production targets.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, GMP, GHP, FSSAI, and company quality standards.
- Monitor machine performance, production output, and process efficiency.
- Coordinate with QA, QC, Warehouse, Maintenance,



and Planning teams for uninterrupted production.
- Ensure proper utilization of raw materials, packaging materials, equipment, and manpower.
- Maintain Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR), production logs, and shift reports accurately.
- Conduct line clearance before production and ensure adherence to quality requirements.
- Identify production issues and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) in coordination with relevant departments.
- Maintain workplace safety, housekeeping, and hygiene standards on the production floor.
- Train and guide production operators on SOPs, GMP practices, and safe working procedures.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce wastage, and improve operational efficiency.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of GMP, GHP, FSSAI, and manufacturing best practices.
- Hands-on experience in production planning, manpower management, and process monitoring.
