Job Title: Accounts Manager

Location: Rajkot, Gujarat

Department: Accounts & Finance

Employment Type: Full time

Reporting To: Management

Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Based on experience and interview performance)

Experience: 3–5 Years

Qualification: Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field (B. Com/M. Com preferred). CA Inter or MBA (Finance) will be an added advantage.

Preferred Industry: E-commerce, Trading, Manufacturing, FMCG, Retail, Agriculture, Distribution, or similar industries.

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and result-driven Accounts Manager to oversee day-to-day accounting operations, ensure statutory compliance, deliver accurate financial reporting, and support Management through financial analysis and business insights.

The ideal candidate should possess strong accounting knowledge, excellent analytical abilities, and leadership skills to manage financial operations efficiently while coordinating with internal departments,



auditors, banks, and external stakeholders.

Key Objectives

Ensure accurate and timely financial accounting and reporting.

Maintain 100% compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.

Strengthen internal financial controls and improve accounting processes.

Support Management with timely MIS reports and financial insights.

Ensure effective cash flow management and working capital control.

Improve operational efficiency through process optimization and automation.

Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Accounting & Operations

Manage daily accounting activities including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Journal Entries, and Cash & Bank transactions.

Ensure accurate bookkeeping and timely recording of all financial transactions.

Verify invoices, purchase bills, vouchers, debit notes, credit notes, and payment documentation.

Perform periodic bank reconciliatio
