Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented talent acquisition intern to support our HR operations. This internship is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR processes, recruitment, and employee engagement in a quick-paced, creative agency environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for potential candidates
- Help manage and maintain HR documentation and databases (HRIS)
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes
- Assist in organizing virtual employee engagement activities
- Work closely with the team to support performance reviews and feedback cycles
- Contribute to the development of HR policies and initiatives
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of HR principles and practices (preferred)
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
