About the Role

We're looking for a results-driven Product Marketing Specialist to drive awareness, generate qualified leads, and support the growth of mConsent, our healthcare SaaS platform for dental practices. You'll work closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to execute high-impact campaigns that drive pipeline and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
- Plan and execute demand generation campaigns across email, paid media, webinars, content, and landing pages.
- Manage and optimize Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Create email marketing campaigns, automated nurture journeys, and audience segmentation.
- Develop sales enablement materials, product collateral, and marketing content.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
- Track campaign performance and optimize key metrics including MQLs, SQLs, CPL, CPA, CTR, ROAS, and conversions.
- Leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini,



and Copilot to improve marketing performance and content creation.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 3 - 5 years of experience in Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Performance Marketing, or B2B SaaS Marketing.
- Experience in Healthcare Technology, Dental Software, or SaaS is preferred.
- Solid understanding of email marketing, paid media, SEO, analytics, and customer lifecycle marketing.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
- Must be willing to work from the office (Technopark, Trivandrum) and work night shifts aligned with US business hours.
