Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Content Writer who can create engaging, search-engine-optimized, and conversion-focused content for the real estate industry. The ideal candidate should possess a robust understanding of SEO, content marketing funnels, search intent, EEAT principles, and lead-generation content strategies.

You will be responsible for creating high-quality content across multiple formats, including blogs, locality pages, project pages, builder profiles, landing pages, market reports, website content, email campaigns,



and social media content.

Key ResponsibilitiesSEO Content Writing
- Write high-quality SEO blogs (2,000+ words)
- Create and optimize locality pages
- Develop project pages and builder profile pages
- Write real estate investment guides and market insights
- Build pillar pages and topic clusters
- Update and optimize existing website content
- Ensure content aligns with user search intent and SEO best practices

SEO Responsibilities
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
- Map keywords based on search intent
- Implement on-page SEO best practices
- Create compelling meta titles and meta descriptions
- Build effective internal linking structures
- Apply EEAT (Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness, Trustworthiness) principles
- Understand schema markup basics
- Monitor content performance through Google Search Console and SEO tools
