About the Role:

Unitracko is looking for a detail-oriented Data & Research Executive to own the accuracy and completeness of our core data - the backbone of Unitracko. You'll be the person who keeps our data clean, up to date, and trustworthy: updating records as things change, adding new data as we grow, and pulling in fresh information from the web using AI and scraping tools.

This is a hands-on data operations and management role, not a software engineering one - but comfort with tools and a bit of scripting is a big plus. An orientation toward industry and market research will help you stand out.

What you'll do:
- Own, maintain, and regularly update Unitracko's core datasets so they stay accurate and current
- Add current records and data fields as the product and business expand
- Collect data from external websites using AI and scraping tools (and light scripting where needed)
- Clean, validate, and de-duplicate data; spot and fix inconsistencies before anyone else notices them
- Organise data in spreadsheets and databases in a structured, reusable way




- Build simple checks and processes so data quality holds up as volume grows
- Coordinate with the product, ops, and sales teams on what data is needed and when

What we're looking for:
- 3-6 years in data management, data operations, industry & market research, or a similar data-focused role
- Strong command of Excel / Google Sheets (lookups, pivot tables, formulas, cleaning functions)
- Working knowledge of SQL or Python is a plus - or a genuine eagerness to learn fast
- Hands-on with at least one web scraping or AI tool - or basic Python/scripting for scraping
- Exceptional attention to detail and a genuine dislike of messy data
- Organised, reliable, and able to own a process end-to-end with minimal hand-holding

Preferred Skills to have:
- Basic Python (pandas, requests, BeautifulSoup) for automating repetitive tasks
- Experience with data validation or QA workflows
- Familiarity with any database or data pi
