About the Role

We are seeking an experienced
Real Estate Cold Caller
to support US-based residential real estate agents and brokerages by generating qualified buyer and seller appointments.

This is a full-time remote opportunity for a confident, results-driven professional with proven experience in
US residential real estate cold calling
. The ideal candidate should be comfortable making high-volume outbound calls, qualifying leads, nurturing prospects, and booking appointments for real estate agents.

The successful candidate must possess excellent spoken English, a strong understanding of the US residential real estate market, and the ability to build rapport quickly with homeowners and prospective buyers. Experience using
CINC CRM
is highly preferred.

Experience Required

Minimum 3+ years of experience
in US residential real estate cold calling.

Mandatory Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience cold calling for US residential real estate.
- Proven experience qualifying both




buyers and sellers
and scheduling appointments for licensed real estate agents.
- Excellent spoken English with a neutral accent and solid objection-handling skills.
- Strong understanding of US residential real estate terminology, sales processes, and lead qualification.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to prospective buyers, sellers, homeowners, expired listings, FSBOs, and other real estate leads.
- Qualify buyer and seller leads by identifying motivation, timeline, budget, financing status, property details, and readiness to transact.
- Schedule qualified appointments for real estate agents and ensure accurate follow-up information is recorded.
- Maintain and update lead information, call notes, and follow-up activities within the CRM, with
CINC CRM experience preferred
.
- Build rapport with prospects, overcome objections professionally, and maintain consistent
