Role Description
This is a full time, hybrid Business Development Field Sales role based in Vadodara, with some flexibility for work from home. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities for refractory applications, visiting industrial client sites,



and conducting regular follow-ups to build and maintain strong customer relationships. Daily tasks include lead generation, market research, preparing and presenting proposals, and coordinating with technical and project teams to align solutions with client needs. The individual will be responsible for managing the sales pipeline, achieving sales targets, and providing timely and accurate updates on market trends and competitor activities. The role also includes handling customer inquiries, ensuring high service standards, and supporting contract negotiations and project handover.
