RoyalStuffs.com is a premium Indian lifestyle and heritage brand specializing in handcrafted brass, copper, bronze, kansa products. We are looking for a Finance & Business Analyst who can manage financial reporting, accounting, business analysis and support strategic decision-making.

Role & responsibilities
- Prepare Daily Sales Reports (Shopify, B2B, Offline & Marketplace Sales)
- Maintain Daily Cash Position Reports
- Track Accounts Receivable and follow up on collections
- Track Accounts Payable and vendor payments
- Record and categorize all business expenses
- Monitor inventory performance and stock movement
- Prepare Product-wise and Order-wise Profitability Reports
- Prepare Weekly Founder Dashboard and MIS Reports
- Budget vs Actual Analysis
- Prepare Monthly Profit & Loss Statement
- Prepare Cash Flow Statement and Balance Sheet Reports
- Pricing and Profitability Analysis
- Support business planning and financial forecasting
- Identify financial risks and improvement opportunities




- Build reports and dashboards using Excel and Power BI

Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting or Business Administration
- 1 to 4 years of experience in Finance & Accounts
- Strong knowledge of Financial Accounting and MIS Reporting
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets skills
- Experience with Tally Prime or Zoho Books
- Knowledge of Power BI or Looker Studio is preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and reporting skills
- Experience in E-commerce or Retail industry will be an added advantage
