Role Description
The Sales Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based at Physique Ascension Club in Gurugram. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating and converting leads, conducting facility tours, explaining membership options, and closing sales with prospective clients.



Daily tasks include managing incoming inquiries, following up with leads via calls, messages, and in-person meetings, and maintaining accurate records in the sales CRM or tracking systems. The role involves building long-term relationships with members, understanding their fitness goals, and recommending suitable packages and services, including premium offerings and add-ons. The Sales Executive will collaborate closely with the front desk and training teams to ensure a seamless member onboarding experience, meet individual and team sales targets, and represent PAC’s luxury performance brand with skilled, service-focused communication.
