Position: Business Development Manager - Renewable.

Role & responsibilities
- Solid Business acumen and Account Management skills
- Excellent Communication skills
- Proven ability to meet and exceed Sales/Revenue targets
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for TPI services
- Generate leads through market research, networking, and client visits
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, EPC contractors, and vendor.
- Prepare and submit proposals, quotations, and tenders
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
- Coordinate with operations/inspection teams for smooth project execution
- Prepare Weekly Sales Reports summarizing new leads, pipeline value, and closure status.
- Prior experience in TPI, QA/QC, inspection, or technical services sales will be preferred

Educational Qualification : B.E/B.Tech - Electrical,Civil,Mechanical.
