About the Role

The Alpha Agency is looking for a passionate and driven Junior Digital Marketing Executive with 1–2 years of experience to join our growing digital marketing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, excellent communication skills, and the ability to execute campaigns across multiple digital platforms.

This role offers an excellent prospect to work with diverse brands while gaining hands-on experience in digital strategy, social media, SEO, and performance marketing.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across various platforms.
- Manage and grow social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, etc.).
- Assist in planning and executing paid campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Perform basic SEO activities, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and competitor analysis.
- Coordinate with the Content, Design, and Development teams to ensure timely execution of marketing campaigns.
- Prepare social media calendars and content briefs.




- Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics and other reporting tools.
- Generate monthly performance reports with key insights and recommendations.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and platform updates.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks while maintaining quality standards.

Eligibility
- Graduate or Postgraduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in Digital Marketing, preferably in a digital marketing agency.
- Certification in Digital Marketing will be an added advantage.
