Required Qualifications

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
5+ years of professional experience in backend software development, with a strong focus on Java and Spring Boot.
Proven experience designing and delivering microservices-based, distributed enterprise systems.
Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
Solid understanding of enterprise security standards, including OAuth2, JWT, and SAML.
Experience with event-driven architectures and messaging systems such as Apache Kafka.
Practical exposure to AI-enabled automation, LLM integration, or agentic workflow design is highly desirable.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to take ownership of projects from design through production support.




Excellent communication skills with experience mentoring engineers and leading technical discussions.
Experience working in Agile/Secure environments is a plus.
