Job Summary:

We are hiring an experienced Certinia Solution Architect to lead enterprise-scale Certinia (FinancialForce) Professional Services Automation (PSA) implementations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Certinia PSA, Salesforce architecture, enterprise integrations, and solution design while working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end Certinia PSA solution architecture and implementation.
- Conduct discovery workshops and translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Design solutions across Resource Management, Project Management, Time & Expense, Revenue Management, Billing, Forecasting, and Financial Reporting.
- Architect Salesforce-based enterprise solutions and integrations.
- Design integrations with SAP, ERP systems, REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, Boomi, and third-party applications.




- Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and functional consultants throughout the project lifecycle.
- Lead technical design reviews and mentor implementation teams.
- Ensure successful delivery of enterprise-scale Certinia implementations.

Mandatory Skills
- 12+ years of overall IT experience.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Certinia (FinancialForce).
- 3–5+ end-to-end Certinia PSA implementations as a Solution Architect or Lead Architect.
- Solid expertise in Salesforce Platform Architecture.
- Hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flows, and Salesforce Security Model.
- Experience with Professional Services Automation (PSA).
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs, SOAP APIs, SAP Integration, MuleSoft, and Boomi.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect Cert
