Role Description
This is a full time, on-site General Surgeon role based in Dehradun at Kanishk Surgical & Super Specialty Hospital.



The General Surgeon will perform elective and emergency surgical procedures, including pre-operative assessment, intra-operative management, and post-operative follow-up in accordance with hospital protocols and safety standards. Daily responsibilities include conducting outpatient clinics, managing inpatient rounds, coordinating multidisciplinary care plans, and providing timely consultations to other departments. The role involves participation in on-call duties, emergency room coverage, and critical care decision-making as needed. The General Surgeon will also contribute to clinical documentation, quality improvement initiatives, surgical audits, and may participate in seminars, teaching sessions, and live surgery workshops organized by the hospital.
