Our Fabrication Company needs an experienced Fitter & Welder to join our team. Were looking for a hardworking skilled who enjoys meeting challenges and surpassing customer expectations. The ideal candidate will have a background in MS fittings and welds, from MS Sheet, MS Pipe, MS Angle, MS Tank, any MS Items. We’re looking for a long-term candidate who is looking for a secure and rewarding form of employment.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Fabricate metal structures, equipment, and pipes according to designs and specifications.
- Perform welding operations using various techniques such as MIG & ARC..
- Conduct quality control checks on fabricated parts to ensure compliance with standards.
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently.
- Troubleshoot issues related to fabrication processes and implement solutions.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 2-7 years of experience in fitting & welding industry (preferably Fabrication & Engineering Manufacturing sector).
- ITI or Diploma holder in relevant field (e.g., Fitter / Welder).
- Strong understanding of fabrication principles, including cutting, shaping, assembling, and joining materials.
- Proficiency in MIG Welding techniques with ability to work at heights.
- Ability to read blueprints/drawings accurately and follow instructions.
