Position Overview

The *Talent Experience Coordinator* serves as a critical partner in delivering bestinclass support to U.S.-based employees working onsite with various clients across multiple time zones. This role emphasizes proactive and responsive service, strong communication skills, and consistent execution across HR, compliance, and employee lifecycle activities. Success in this position requires excellent customer service, robust attention to detail, comfort working through complex HR and compliance scenarios, and the ability to manage a high volume of inbound and outbound communication.

This role interacts heavily with employees by phone, email, and case management systems and is responsible for resolving talent-related inquiries from start date through offboarding, ensuring accurate documentation, and maintaining compliance with U.S. HR requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Support & Case Management




- Serve as the primary point of contact for employees HRrelated questions through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and Service Cloud (or similar) ticketing systems.
- Deliver exceptional customer service using active listening, empathy, and professional communication.
- Document all interactions accurately across multiple platforms, ensuring compliance and audit readiness.
- Own endtoend resolution of assigned cases, coordinating with internal partners as needed.

Employee Relations & Talent Lifecycle Activities
- Conduct employee coaching conversations, addressing performance concerns, attendance, and policy adherence.
- Facilitate exit interviews, terminations, and separation workflows in alignment with compliance requirements.
- Perform proactive outreach to ensure engagement, policy compliance, and timely issue resolution.
