This role sits within the Commercial Function of GTC business unit of AtkinsR alis, offering diverse services to its clients. We require a driven and experienced candidate with a background in Engineering consultancy contracts management.
As our GTC Commercial function continues to grow, we are seeking an Associate Commercial lead to join our Mumbai team with a focus towards UKI contracts and commercial management support. You will have the prospect to gain experience in a wide variety of commercial disciplines including contract reviews, contract advice, cross border delivery, governance, claims management.
Joining the current commercial team, the successful applicant will support the team with a wide range of commercial tasks from reviewing, drafting, and negotiating a wide range of complex agreements with both clients and suppliers.
Your role
- Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements, including consultancy agreements, framework agreements, memorandums of understanding and NDAs.
- Assist the Divisional Commercial Manager with commercial processes and governance activities throughout the project life cycle.
- Assist the Commercial team with day-to-day tasks, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Support the preparation and documentation of contract and project reviews in line with business standards.
About you
- Degree qualified in Engineering
- PG in Construction management/Project management/Business law
- Degree or certification course in Law (Not mandatory-added advantage)

- 6 11 years of experience (P2G/P2H)
- Understanding of commercial and Contracting principles
- Experience working in multidisciplinary teams
- Experience in delivering contract reviews, drafting and negotiation
- Bidding (Knowledge experience in the win work cycle)
- Contract lifecycle Management/Contract Administration
- Supply chain contracts management
- Understanding of Engineering C
