Key Responsibilities
- Corporate Order Management: Actively coordinate with corporate clients and manufacturing plants to secure and take freight orders for our fleet of 50 to 60 commercial tankers.
- Live Fleet Tracking & Route Planning: Maintain a flawless, real-time record of the whereabouts of all vehicles. Analyze the current and upcoming locations of the tankers to strategically plan and assign their next orders based on nearby availability.
- Driver & Status Coordination: Maintain constant communication with drivers to monitor the accurate loading and unloading status of the tankers. Use this real-time ground data to instantly schedule and execute the vehicle's next transit order without causing idle delays.Role & responsibilities
