Role Description
The Carrier Sales Manager (VOIP) is a full-time, on-site role based in the Mohali district. This role involves managing carrier relationships, negotiating VOIP traffic and rates, and ensuring profitable and reliable routing. The Carrier Sales Manager will oversee daily sales operations, monitor performance metrics, and coordinate with technical and operations teams to resolve service issues and optimize capacity. Responsibilities include developing new carrier partnerships, maintaining existing accounts,



preparing sales forecasts, and supporting billing and dispute resolution. The role also requires staying current with VOIP market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and improve overall sales strategy.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess robust Communication skills, including clear spoken and written communication and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills, with experience in lead generation, negotiation, closing deals, and meeting revenue targets.
- Candidates should possess Account Management skills, including relationship building, performance monitoring, and handling escalations with carrier partners.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Freight or similar logistics concepts, and an understanding of how routing, capacity, and cost optimization apply to VOIP traffic.
