Are you looking for a role where you can lead HRBP for a large workforce of 6K employees and also offrole blue collar employees? This will work if you have managed a workforce of 5K (minimum) and have worked in ecommerce/logistics/telecom or manufacturing sector.

An established high growth e-commerce startup is looking to hire an HRBP Head to partner closely with business leaders and drive people strategy across large-scale field and sales operations.

lease note this role will handle supply chain operations folks and handle headcount of 5K+. So this needs someone who has seen scale, has handled field sales or supply chain operations large workforce either in an ecommerce setup or FMCG. Startup experience is a MUST HAVE.

Key Responsibilities :




- Partner with business leaders to design and execute people strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Lead workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, talent management, and succession initiatives.
- Drive employee engagement, retention, performance management, and culture-building programs across operations.
- Oversee employee relations, grievance handling, compliance, and workforce governance across multiple locations.
- Leverage HR analytics and people insights to support decision-making and improve business outcomes.
- Lead and develop a distributed HR team while continuously enhancing HR processes, systems, and capabilities.

Key Requirements :
- 12+ years of experience post MBA from a top B School.
- Proven experience managing large, geographically dispersed workforces within logistics, e-commerce, supply chain, retail, or similar sectors.
