About the Role

This is a senior, hands-on UI/UX design role for someone who is genuinely strong across the entire design spectrum — both UX (research, flows, information architecture, usability) and UI (visual craft, design systems, interaction detail).



You will own design end-to-end for products and features across our SaaS portfolio, from problem through to polished, production-ready interface and developer handoff.

This is a senior role that combines hands-on design with team leadership. You will be the most experienced designer in the room, set the quality standard through your own work, and manage a team of around five designers — owning their output, priorities, growth, and quality of work. You will still design directly; this is a hands-on leader role, not a pure management seat. You should be comfortable in a high-paced IT / product environment, able to juggle multiple products, and self-directed enough to drive design without hand-holding.
