About the Role Senior Finance role with 13-15 years of experience, possessing deep industry knowledge in the manufacturing sector. The role involves managing general ledger operations, cost analysis, and controlling, with a focus on ensuring accurate month-end and year-end closures. The ideal candidate will advise management on financial data analysis, reconciliation, and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and support strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage general ledger operations to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Conduct cost analysis and controlling to support business decisions
- Perform product costing to optimize profitability
- Ensure accurate month-end and year-end closures
- Advise management on financial data analysis and reconciliation
- Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
- Support strategic objectives through financial planning and analysis
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Develop and implement financial controls to mitigate risks
Requirements
- Possess 13-15 years of experience in finance, particularly in the manufacturing sector
- Have deep industry knowledge and experience in managing general ledger operations
- Have experience in cost analysis and controlling
- Have a strong understanding of product costing and financial planning
- Be able to advise management on financial data analysis and reconciliation
- Have experience in implementing process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
- Have a strong educational background, preferably CA or MBA
