Assistant Project Manager

Job Location: Thailand

Location Flexibility: Multiple Locations in Country

Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of network and security projects from initiation to closure
- Manage project lifecycle, including scope, timeline, budget, risks, and quality control
- Coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors for implementation and support
- Act as a technical lead for network/security deployment and troubleshooting
- Develop and maintain project plans, progress tracking, and documentation
- Ensure timely delivery within scope and budget, with proper resource allocation
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and management
- Manage client relationships, gather requirements, and ensure customer satisfaction
- Drive continuous knowledge improvement for the network and security team
- Perform risk management, change control, and performance measurement




Support system upgrades, maintenance planning, and vendor coordination

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in IT project management, especially infrastructure/security
- Strong knowledge of network and information security concepts
- Proven leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing vendors and technical implementation teams
- Familiarity with project management tools, methodologies, and best practices
- PMP / PRINCE II certification is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills with positive command of English
