Role & responsibilities We are looking for a skilled qualified who can independently manage 3D tool design, product development, and reverse engineering for thermocol (EPS/EPP) molding applications. The candidate will be responsible for designing new molds, modifying existing tools, developing 3D CAD models, and converting scanned data into production-ready tool designs.

Preferred candidate profile
- Design 3D molds, dies, and tools for thermocol components.
- Create detailed CAD models, assemblies, and drawings.
- Perform reverse engineering from:
- 3D scanned data
- Physical samples
- Customer product samples
- Convert STL/scan/point cloud data to CAD models suitable for tool development.
- Coordinate with production and tool room for:
- Mold trials
- Tool modifications
- Issue resolution
- Perform DFM (Design for Manufacturing) to ensure smooth production.
- Maintain design documentation, BOMs, and revision history.
- Work closely with:
- Tool Room
- Production
- Quality
- Sales/Customer support teams
