About The Role
We are seeking an experienced
Manager – Millwork & Countertops Division
to lead project management, technical coordination, and operational functions related to millwork, countertops, cabinetry, and custom furniture packages for hospitality, residential, and multifamily construction projects.

The ideal candidate will have robust expertise in shop drawing review, fabrication coordination, project execution, and team leadership within the millwork, cabinetry, countertops, or custom furniture industry.

Key Responsibilities

Shop Drawing Review & Technical Coordination
- Review and coordinate shop drawings for millwork, cabinetry, countertops, and custom furniture.
- Redline and correct drawings to align with project specifications and fabrication requirements.
- Ensure accuracy of dimensions, materials, hardware, joinery, and installation details.
- Identify constructability issues and coordinate revisions with stakeholders.




- Support smooth transition from design approval to production.

Project Management
- Manage projects from estimation and design coordination through production and delivery.
- Monitor schedules, approvals, procurement timelines, and fabrication milestones.
- Maintain project documentation including RFIs, submittals, and revision logs.
- Ensure projects are completed within budget, timeline, and quality standards.

Vendor & Production Coordination
- Coordinate with fabricators, manufacturers, and suppliers.
- Review quotations and technical submissions.
- Resolve technical, quality, and scope-related issues.
- Support procurement and material planning activities.

Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor project coordinators, estimators, and technical review teams.
- Establish and improve project workflows and SOPs.
- Ensure quality and accuracy of team deliverables.
